Observed ham date marked 1/3, turkey date marked 1/9 and ham date marked 1/9 all past their date mark. ***COS Discarded food past date mark. - 3-501.17 (A-B) (E-G): (A)Except when PACKAGING FOOD using a REDUCED OXYGEN PACKAGING method as specified under § 3-502.12, and except as specified in ¶¶ (E) and (F) of this section, refrigerated, READY-TO -EAT, TIME/TEMPERATURE CONTROL FOR SAFETY FOOD prepared and held in a FOOD ESTABLISHMENT for more than 24 hours shall be clearly marked to indicate the date or day by which the FOOD shall be consumed on the PREMISES, sold, or discarded when held at a temperature of 5ºC (41ºF) or less for a maximum of 7 days. The day of preparation shall be counted as Day 1. Observed mouse droppings in closet in the bathroom hallway. Empty traps were observed. Person in charge stated that pest control comes about twice a year, but it has been a while since they have come. Empty traps were observed throughout the facility, with no evidence of pests anywhere else in the establishment. Clean up mouse droppings, so it can be evident that pest control is working, and have pest control in. A follow up will occur on or after January 26, 2024. - 6-501.112 (C): The PREMISES shall be maintained free of insects, rodents, and other pests. The presence of insects, rodents, and other pests shall be controlled to eliminate their presence on the PREMISES by: (C) Using methods, if pests are found, such as trapping devices or other means of pest control as specified under §§ 7-202.12, 7-206.12, and 7-206.13. - V (Correct By: Jan 26, 2024) |
